Well, we illustrated what it takes to make our food so good , so easy, so spectacular, and our operation. We agree at JUST 2 EAT WELL that you are not only what you eat, you are what you eat, you are what you eat. That is, right down to the soil, the fuel supplies need to be bulletproof. To get you real food, we have partnership with growers and suppliers. And hopefully as we grow up with our community our network would be getting better and better, which bring you  the best food  with the lowest possible price.  

Our meals include halal grass-fed and grass-finished beef, pastured chicken , lamb and turkey, and poultry and eggs from farms we know and trust that are pesticide- and hormone-free. The food is organic (when it counts - see the list of Dirty Dozen), GMO-free and grown as near as possible to our kitchen. Many of our seafood products are consistent with Seafood Watch.

Through working with farms and producers who use animal care criteria and GAP and Halal certifications, as well as searching at others who practice regenerative agriculture through collaborations with organizations such as The Savory Institute, we want to take things a step further and show our dedication to the environment. We are responsible, not only for this generation, but for centuries to come, for the survival and vitality of the planet. 

We look with the same honesty at our foods as those we feed ourselves. This means that we only want the best, both for ourselves and for you. Ever, no concessions.

Although we are trying to make it easy to eat healthy, we still want to pursue taste in our meals. Our chef artfully blends the foods that are sustainably sourced into tasty meals that are as delicious as they are nutritious. 

The foods we bring into our bodies are decisions we make not just to satisfy hunger, but also to physically, psychologically, and also spiritually better ourselves. Our bodies respond less to allergens and we feel safer when we eat healthy and more in accordance with our requirements. 

And, by eating the stuff we enjoy, The Healthy Kitchen is evidence that we can reach optimum wellbeing.

To ensure diversity and a closer relation to the sources of our products, our foods are sourced seasonally. The food should be planted and grown. Not being engineered. That's our promise and loyalty.

If you like to cook your own healthy food and want to save time and money on planning and grocery shopping, you can order from our weekly menu. Enjoy healthy and tasty recipes by having  pre-measured ingredients from our sourced farmers and food suppliers , delivered to your door along with recipes. Have a healthy food made fresh and from scratch in your own kitchen with the least waist possible. We use healthy food using Halal ,Organic Wholesome Ingredients, Non GMO, Ethical meats, Wild fish and as much as Local and Seasonal Produce as possible. We’ll do the shopping    ( farm to table ingredients)
All this done under the supervision of our in-house chefs and nutritionist who constantly working to optimize the nutritional value of every single meal.

We are all foodies at JUST 2 EAT WELL , we are nature fans, exercise devotees, trainers, nutritionist, chefs and so many more. We're real people that have experiences in real life that have brought us together. 

JUST 2 EAT WELL was Founded  by  Roqia  along with her family members The ALWAN family. Roqia is mother of 4  and a house wife who saw, firsthand, the value of eating well for her family and herself, to live healthy. It started with a basic concept: to make healthy, tasty meals readily available to everyone as catering services and founded JUST 2 EAT WELL to make it easy for anyone to eat healthy delicious food.
